Stacey was born in Singapore (9,535 miles from the U.S.A). She grew up and developed her love for baking and deeper love for America in Hong Kong (7,886 miles from the U.S.A) with frequent travels to the states during her summer vacations and her constantly listening to Dolly Parton & Bruce Springsteen. She eventually made the journey over to the America for college at the Savannah College of Art & Design in Savannah, GA.

She resides in Brooklyn, NY where everything in her apartment has just a light dusting off flour on it.
